It started in 1997, in Munich, Bavaria.

A man named Uwe Rusch had an idea. Not just another beverage — but a better way to drink. He founded UNC Corp. and launched his first creation under the label Cordials V.I.P. Drinks — classic postmix cocktails and long drinks made with precision and flair. The concept was simple: deliver bar-quality drinks, effortlessly.

Word spread. The brand grew.

By 2005, UNC Corp. crossed borders into Vienna, Austria. By 2008, they crossed an ocean — landing in Florida, where a new factory was built in Fort Myers to serve the American market.

For years, UNC Corp. perfected the art of postmix. But the market was changing. Consumers wanted convenience without compromise.

So in 2021, UNC Corp. made a bold pivot: RTD cocktails — ready to drink, ready to enjoy, and ready for the world. The success spoke for itself.

To mark a new era, the company rebranded as UNC One Corp. — one team, one vision, one future.

But they didn’t stop there.

In 2025, UNC One launched a second revolutionary concept: NATURA Perform — sports and health energizing drinks designed for the active lifestyle. Europe embraced it immediately. In 2026, NATURA Perform landed in the USA, bringing clean energy to a new audience.

And the journey continues. UNC One is now expanding into Latin America and the Caribbean — bringing decades of expertise to new shores, new cultures, and new drinkers.

From a single entrepreneur in Munich to a global family of brands. From postmix to RTD to performance drinks.
