Product Development Fee

Before we dive in, we want to ensure that your project is a great fit for both of us—and that there is a serious commercial opportunity worthy of our full dedication. To that end, we begin every new development partnership with a  $15,000 Product Development Fee.

This fee engages our full multidisciplinary team, including:

• R&D, Formulation & Product Development – crafting your recipe to perfection
• Ingredient Sourcing Specialists – finding the highest-quality raw materials
• Quality Assurance – ensuring safety and consistency
• Compliance & Regulatory Experts – navigating complex legal requirements
• Manufacturing & Scale-Up Staff – preparing your product for production

Here’s what the development fee covers:

• Product concept review and feasibility assessment
• Custom formula development and iterative revisions
• Ingredient research and strategic sourcing
• Prototype and sample development
• Regulatory and compliance guidance
• Label and claims review support
• Ongoing technical consultations throughout the process

We believe in building long-term manufacturing partnerships, which is why we offer a unique incentive: up to 80% of your development fee can be credited back to you on future production orders.

• Order #2: 40% credit of the manufacturing fee (up to $6,000)*
• Order #3: 40% credit of the manufacturing fee (up to $6,000)*
  Credits applied to the final payment of each respective order.
